Boarding at Brighton

Brighton Stables has a large old center aisle(s) barn with (22) stalls, floor mats,
automatic waterers, ceiling fans and lights, a wash stall, and tack rooms on 20 acres,
with several board-fenced pastures, clean water tubs, and spacious 6-sized gazebo shelters.

Horses
are fed twice daily and your supplements added.  Horse owner provides grain.
Stalls are airy remodeled 12'x12' with automatic waterers, ceiling lights and fans,
and rubber mats.  Stalls are bedded with pine shavings and cleaned daily.

Full-care stall board includes simple blanketing, holding for farrier or vet,
and those little things that help keep your horse happy and well.

Owner/manager lives at the farm and is readily available 24/7.

RIDING FACILITIES:

> Lighted covered arena (100' x 150')
> 100' round pen adjacent to covered arena
> 60' round pen inside larger round pen
> 150' x 300' arena with jumps
> small x-country course.

SELF-CARE OPTION:

A self-care stall is available on a monthly or "as needed" basis.
The horse owner cleans and beds the stall with purchased shavings.
The horse owner is responsible for bringing the horse in.
The barn still feeds the horse and turns it back out the next day.

(3) STALL BARN:

One pasture has a (3)-stall barn that opens into a 12'x36' run-in shed
with dividing gates to separate horses at feeding time.

Space is limited for boarding outside horses due to the owner's several horses.
However, any horse purchased from the farm is more than welcome to stay.
